Built a bespoke portfolio site for a high end travel agency using Prismic CMS and NuxtJS to create a beautiful set of components and pages that could be rearranged to the needs of the client. Apart from the cool SSR tech working behind the scenes, the site incorporated modern design techniques that allowed me to harness the full power of CSS Grid to create a complex, responsive masterpiece.

I have been working as a contractor for Vodafone UK since March 2020. Apparently, I was the first person in the company to be onborded during the first lockdown completely remotely. I work on maintaining a few legacy codebases and have overseen and implemented a huge overhaul of the laravel codebase. This contract has also given me some experience with the Java Oracle CMS framework. I also gained experience collaborating with multiple teams in multiple countries on large, sprawling codebases and projects.

Having started with Mumu as a Junior Developer, I soon became the agency’s Lead Frontend Developer. This involved planning, implementing and maintaining the front end code for all the agency’s projects in addition to managing and training our new recruits. As well as some enterprise-level in-house applications (Eventcube, JourneyPal, MyEthos), I also worked on smaller bespoke CMS builds using Django (usually with Wagtail), Wordpress, Shopify and single-page applications. Eventcube is a white label ticketing platform and was the largest in-house project I worked on at Mumu. My role was to manage and contribute to the frontend code inside this large Laravel SaaS application. I helped build new features with VueJS and created bespoke themes that integrated with Eventcube's clients' website as well as building several microsites and holding pages. I was involved in refactoring large amounts of legacy code. I also built 2 versions of the informational site, eventcube.io, using Wagtail for SEO optimisation and dynamic content.
